The course fee, if received by CTI by the due date, will be refunded by CTI if:
- you were present for the whole of the course (arriving not more than 5 minutes late in the morning, departing not more than 5 minutes early in the afternoon, for each day of the course, and were present throughout the day); and
- you took the CSEP/ASEP examination within 30 calendar days of the last day of the course, and failed that examination; and
- having failed the CSEP/ASEP examination, you did not accept the offer of CTI to take the course again; and
- you applied in writing for a refund of course fees
